WELC began in the heart of Reverend Brian Naidoo an author by profession. After a consistent devotion to creative writing of motivational series and building of many lives of people towards positives thinking, Rev Naidoo embraced the need for true business leaders in our time. It was certain at this point that a new product WELC was developing and was ready to be launched as a company. Today WELC is a registered Close Corporation leadership business.
As a close corporation and a leadership driven organization, WELC has a greater passion for imparting entrepreneurship and leadership development to business people.
Our phase one goals are to develop young entrepreneurs, help communities obtain life skills, provide business education to new business men and women, offer motivational series to companies, facilitate business deals among local businessmen and to provide leadership solutions to companies.
Our phase two long term goals include the WELC Publishing house, Website development, website sales and networking, business consulting, skills development strategies; facilitate business deals between local and international companies; product development and leadership training.
We envision a vibrant and effective multifaceted company transforming business people and offering strong leadership and management input into businesses.
